On the ground floor, the ultra modern and fully equipped kitchen leads to the main hall and to the formal dining area, which is a remarkable part of the house with its very high ceiling and large windows. The adjacent grand living room is elegantly furnished in off-white color, decorated with local art and equipped with the latest entertainment equipment. One of the four well-appointed guest bedrooms is located on the ground floor, with en-suite bathroom and private terrace with views. The other three large bedrooms are situated on the upper floor.
